Training Programs
There are currently two options to attend the program.
In-Person Training Program (7 days)
Our flagship program runs over seven consecutive full days, and students are required to attend all sessions in order to gain the complete experience.
Online and in-person (8 days)
Our flagship program runs for eight days over two weeks, as described below. Students are required to attend all sessions in order to gain the complete experience.
Week 1 for 2 hours on each day: Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Followed by 4 hours on each day: Saturday and Sunday.
Week 2 for 2 hours on each day: Tuesday and Thursday. Followed by 9 hours on Saturday.
The course blends tailored workshops, GCA-exclusive content, full access to training materials, and personalised follow-up calls with the founder to ensure long-term impact.
The program is designed to take students step by step through the entire internship and graduate application journey:
CV Mastery – Workshop, creation, and 1:1 review call with the founder.
Cover Letter Excellence – Workshop, creation, and 1:1 feedback session.
Competency Questions (CQs) – Workshop, creation, and 1:1 feedback session.
Interview Preparation – Covering video, telephone, and in-person interviews through workshops, role plays, and personalised feedback.
LinkedIn Optimisation – A practical session on tailoring profiles and using LinkedIn strategically for career growth.
Assessment Centre Workshops – Focused workshops and supporting materials covering each stage of the assessment centre process. Students will practise group and individual exercises in advance, so they feel confident and prepared for the full assessment centre day.
Assessment Centre Experience
The program culminates in a full-day simulated assessment centre, designed to mirror real-world employer selection processes. Each activity is observed, marked, and followed by a personalised debrief to identify strengths and development areas.
